On Sunday, October 02, 2022, the founder of Go Global, Mdm. Nguyen Phi Van engaged with the leadership team of Phúc Tea and shared her perspective on contemporary leadership. The event brought together more than 20 young leaders from the Phúc Tea organization during their quarterly review and company trip.
According to Mdm. Phi Van, modern leaders must embrace expanded responsibilities. Beyond traditional roles as manager, mentor, and coach, they now serve as beginner, pioneer, futurist, innovator, and design-thinker.
She emphasized that forward-thinking organizations have shifted away from hierarchical structures toward a project-based and agile approach in order to deliver business performance. This transformation requires leaders to reassess their positions, adopt new methodologies, and cultivate a contemporary mindset to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
